Hilton Head Island School Council for the Arts talent show is March 29

The Island School Council for the Arts Rising Stars youth performing arts talent competition will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina on Hilton Head Island.
Budding actors, dancers, musicians, and singers will take the spotlight in this final round of the competition. Island School Council for the Arts teamed up with the arts center to create a new community event to foster the arts and arts education and serve as a finale to the National Youth Arts Month Celebration.
The group's panel of judges includes: Kathleen Bateson, Arts Center of Coastal Carolina; Mary Briggs, Hilton Head Symphony Orchestra; Paul Gibson, Hilton Head Choral Society; Jodi Layman, former artistic director of the Main Street Youth Theatre; Jeffrey Reeves, Arts Center of Coastal Carolina; and Didi Summers, Hilton Head Institute.

Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for students ages 15 and younger.
