 all the failing, suffering, and darkness of the Jewish people throughout our history began on the

 

 

17th of Tammuz with the Golden Calf's construction and worship. Our Sages teach that G!d

 

 

always plants healing tools inside our hardships. Since Tammuz is the month of our fall, it must

 

 

also provide the key to our repair. The letter Chet is associated with Tammuz, and with the words

 

 

for darkness and sin. When we do Teshuvah, make Amends, we move into the Sunlight of the

 

Spirit of the Divine and are spiritually awakened. The 'THREE WEEKS' from 17 Tammuz to 9 Av, is

 

 

yet another time to reflect on discovering our defects, changing, growth, and Jewish Spiritual
